How do I connect my first data source?+
Open Settings → Integrations and pick from 35+ connectors. OAuth flow takes under 90 seconds. Your first metrics appear within 4 minutes.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from Billing in one click. Your account stays active until the end of the period — no clawbacks, no calls to support.
Where is my data stored?+
EU (Frankfurt), US (Virginia), or MENA (Bahrain) — you pick at signup. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR-ready.
Does the AI Advisor see my raw data?+
Only your aggregated metrics are sent to the model. Row-level data (orders, customers, sessions) never leaves your tenant.
Can I invite my agency or accountant?+
Yes. Use Roles & Permissions to grant scoped access. The first 3 read-only collaborators are free on every plan.
What if my tool isn't supported?+
